"Nice hotel. I had no major complaints; it provided for all of my needs during my week stay in Wilmington. The location was excellent since it is just down the street from UNCW campus. The rooms had a slight odor of mildew because of the constant AC. It was not possible to dry clothes in the room on a hanger due to the high humidity inside the room. There were also lots of constructions workers staying at the hotel each night - this could have been only a temporary thing. Nevertheless, the workers did not bother me. I loved the free buffet breakfast provided each morning by the hotel. Very nice!"
