Additional security deposit may be required depending on pets and/or length of stay. Booking implies agreement to pay any fees/deposits and honor House Rules. Unsigned rental agreement means no entry. Pet must be discussed/approved and paid in advance. This is a pet friendly apartment for up to 1 dog. To maintain the condition of the home the pet fee will be $70. Failure to disclose a pet at this property before check-in could result in a $500 fine, immediate eviction with no refund and additional expenses may be charged. No Smoking - minimum $250 fine.
