This modern farmhouse-style retreat is nestled in a safe, family-friendly neighborhood, conveniently located across from an elementary school and backing up to the community playground. With 5 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and spacious living areas, this home is perfect for families, groups, and travelers of all ages. The primary suite offers a king bed and ensuite soaking tub, while the enclosed backyard's covered patio is ideal for relaxing evenings.

Family Wedding Weekend

We were in town for a family wedding. Our four sons, daughter-in-law and two granddaughters thoroughly enjoyed our time together in your pleasant home. The grandkids loved spending what little free time we had in the community pool next door. Thank you for a great weekend.

Nicely located in a family neighborhood, next to a community pool and play area. It can get a bit busy should you be looking for peace and quiet; but our group included young children, so we fit right in. If you plan to do a lot of cooking, you might find the kitchen supplies somewhat lacking, but we were able to make do.

Super cool spot

This place was so fun. It's just a few steps to the pool and parks. The house was spacious and clean. Lots of blankets and pillows. No working TVs in any bedroom but thankfully we brought our tablets.

Wondered if checked out ok no check out procedure. Example garbage, towels,bedding.dishes Just didn't want to leave things undone. other wise great quiet property, with great access to activities. For all are work team.

Overall the place was ok

The house is in a great neighborhood and right next to the he community pool. Very close to WalMart and Costco. Great running path! The description of the rooms was misleading. There are only 3 rooms with beds in them, not 5. We had 8 in our party and had a hard time sleeping everyone. They had 3 blowup mattresses in the closet, and 2 of them deflated within hours. We gave up trying and went to Costco and bought our own after 2 miserable nights. The house appeared to be cleaned in a hurry. It was ok, but not up to my standards of cleanliness.

Had to get hotel 1st night with entire family and dog

Could not reach property manager . Code was wrong and my daughter is 8 months pregnant and waited in the heat for hours . I tried to reach until close to 11 pm then went to a hotel room . Called them the next day and they said sorry the person on duty decided not to work last night . I was like “What” !! I am a property manager myself and there is always a back up number and it’s me . She asked what she can do to rectify and I said pay my bill fromLast night . She asked for the bill and I sent her a copy of bank statement showing charges . No repayments and now she don’t take my calls , texts . Not happy with this at all . I will speak to my bank and probably BBB and VRBO about this issue . Very Disappointed!!!

Title: Disappointed with the Condition of the House Despite Great Location

: Disappointed with the Condition of the House Despite Great Location Review: I recently stayed at this VRBO property and, unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. While the location of the house was fantastic, situated in a convenient and beautiful area, the actual condition of the property left much to be desired. Upon arrival, I noticed several issues that made the stay uncomfortable. The plumbing was a major problem; the disposal and dishwasher were both backing up and leaking, which made it very difficult to use the kitchen effectively. Additionally, the house had several holes in the walls, which was both unsightly and concerning. It gave the impression that the property is not well-maintained. The furniture was also in poor condition. Some pieces were broken and unusable, which was a major letdown since we expected to have a comfortable living space. The photos on the listing were quite misleading. They portrayed a clean, well-kept home, but the reality was far from it. It's clear that the pictures were either very outdated or heavily edited. This was very disappointing and felt a bit deceptive. Another issue was the lack of kitchen supplies. Basic items like silverware and cooking utensils were not adequately provided. We had to buy these essentials ourselves, which was inconvenient and added unexpected costs to our stay. Furthermore, the yard was unkempt and overgrown. We were told it would be mowed before our arrival, but this never happened
