Clean, Comfy, and Cozy Near Everything! (Family and Dogs Friendly:)

  • This beautiful home is located in Settler's Bridge Subdivision off of Eagle Rd. where all the action is. Shopping and restaurants, including the new Village Shopping Center are just a couple miles away.
    Settler's Bridge Subdivision is a nice community in Meridian with parks for the kids and a beautiful swimming pool open in the summer months. Centrally located in the Treasure Valley, you can go to Boise, Nampa or Eagle in less than 30 minutes where you can enjoy the Boise River, hike the foothills, or walk the Boise Greenbelt. Bogus Basin Ski Resort is only an hour away and Eagle Island State Park is only 12 minutes away.

Very nice property. We were actually in it very little but beds were comfortable and air conditioning was wonderful. Downside to this property is the $1500 deposit. If reserving ahead several months Expedia takes out deposit at time of reservation. They don’t seem to be in a rush however to get it returned. Not a fault of owners but something to keep in mind if booking several months ahead.

The house was very comfortable and well appointed. There was even a Christmas tree that was decorated beautifully. It was a great place for our Idaho family to hang out.

Very good stay! Very clean, and beds were very comfortable. Kitchen had most everything you need. Neighborhood was great for walking, and check-in process was super easy. We would definitely stay again.

Thanksgiving stay

House was an excellent place for our Thanksgiving gathering and so warm and welcoming. Really well equipped and fall decor made it feel so much like home. Location was perfect near everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

Very clean, has a working grill outside , the kitchen has everything you would need, coffee maker, Kerig toaster pans everything Bedrooms and bathrooms are very nice Living room is nice The yard is small and there is no grassNo dog door for dogs has a sliding glass door out to yardClose to lots of shopping Has a two car garage that I parked my truck inOver all a very nice home

This house was perfect for our group with children. It was clean, had a well stocked kitchen, a high chair, and a pack n play crib.The neighborhood was quiet and walkable. It wasn’t warm enough to swim but there was a play set just down the street that our 3 and 4 year olds loved. There were no children’s plates or cups so everything was breakable. Be advised you may want to bring your own. The garage was accessible.

Great for family stay

Wonderful home in a great neighborhood. It was the perfect spot for us while visiting friends who live in Meridian. The neighborhood pool was a hit with our kids and the location was ideal for exploring all around the Boise area. We appreciated how comfortable everything was...it felt very much like being at home. Definitely recommend for other families looking for a safe, cozy place in Meridian.

Beautiful & Family friendly

We stayed with my niece and her cute little family. It was perfect!! The neighborhood is beautiful. The house was so clean and kid friendly. Beds were super comfy and we all felt right at home during our stay!! So many amenities and check in/check out were smooth and easy. I would totally stay here again!!!!

Fantastic House and Amazing Neighborhood

Perfect place for our family. Well stocked with everything you could need. The master bedroom w/ensuit is GORGEOUS. Everything was very clean, there were tons of extra linens and towels, and pillows. Next time we come through we would love to stay here again.
