"Had a lovely stay at the property but there were a few annoying points. Leading up to the stay I tried to contact them via Expedia and email to request ground floor access but got no response! Parking spaces are very tight, even with a reasonably small car, very difficult getting in and out, almost impossible with a baby. The property was generally very clean but there were some stains on walls and ceilings etc. and could have done with a refresh. Kitchen was well equipped but as with other...

"Beautiful area and private access to lovely secluded beaches, as described. No hand towels provided in bathroom, just two large bath towels. May seem small complaint, but considering we had to pay extra on arrival for linen and towels and extra for cleaning, they should have been provided. No iron to use with the ironing board.The bedroom is totally unsuitable for two adults with minimal space on one side for two people to navigate. Shower rim around bottom is quite soiled and not properly...

"This is a great house to base yourself and to explore the local area. It has everything you need. And ideally you can park your car inside the gates for safety, I found this very important as I was travelling by car from Ireland and I wanted the car safe. The rental management company was helpful and arrived early for my departure which allowed me to hit the road early. Thank you for a lovely stay. Jennifer"

"The house is very well placed for the beach (though not overlooking it), walks, the shop and Gustav's bar and restaurant (recommended). We were surprised to find the downstairs bedroom was not self-contained, so the other couple had to walk through to access the very steep stairs, the bathroom and the lavatory. The standard of equipment was high - sophisticated hob/oven, dishwasher and washing machine, but no dinner knives! Noirmoutier is glorious."

"Beautiful location with view of Pornic and it’s harbor and castle. Great walks and jogging paths start in front of the house. Upstairs bedrooms with queen size beds in each. Upstairs bathroom with small bathtub. Downstairs bedroom ok for 3 small children with simple bunkbed. Patio on ground floor unfortunately a bit too small to eat outside. BBQ and pique nique table in the courtyard. Supermarket in 15 minute walking distance. Restaurants and bakery reachable in 10 minutes. Friendly hosts who...

"We stayed at the property for a week and although the weather was hit and miss there was plenty to do around and about. The property was exactly as described and extremely well appointed. The owners were very helpful and friendly too. Overall i cant fault it"

10/10 Excellent

"A very popular hotel for sure with spacious rooms, great Wifi, and a lovely pool, jacuzzi, sun lounger area. The reception and staff were excellent and this hotel deserves its high review rating. Plenty of secure parking which is a must for me. There is a restaurant on site for continental breakfast and main meals but we did not use so not able to rate. The location means transport is required but it should be mentioned there are excellent cycle paths adjacent to the road. "

"Second visit to these apartments, staff are brilliant. Apartments are clean and tidy. Pool isn’t heated but it’s perfect for the hot weather, we were always able to get a lounger and had lots of fun days by the pool. Highly recommend using their service for bakery items delivered to reception. Lovely beach down the road and not too far of a walk into town. Lidls isn’t far away. We loved the table tennis table. I would recommend bringing an air fryer if you’re planning on doing a lot of cooking, we found it a lot easier to use this. "

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had breakfast twice while we were there, plenty of options available. The restaurant and bar were unfotunately closed so we had to drive if we didnt want to cook, as the hotel is a little tucked away. The room itself was very nice and the kitchenette was well equiped. The only downside was there wasn't anywhere to sit and eat,the balcony chairs had seen better days and only had a small drinks table and inside was a a sofa with a glass coffee table so you would need a tray to eat on your lap. There was a writing desk with a tv, but only one chair. The bed was very comfotable and the bathroom was a good size. Overall a nice stay."

"We booked weeks in advance and arrived after a four hour drive to be told that we couldn't use car park because we did not reserve parking. Hotels.com gave no options to reserve and the listing details say nothing about reservation. There was no on road parking available. The manager kept saying it is clearly marked and I showed him it wasn't. Eventually the young lady on reception worked something out to park at the side of the hotel. That night and before we left two parking spaces remained available in the parking. So frustrating and needless stress. The room was very basic and looked nothing like the photos. Breakfast buffet was very basic and poor value for money. No gluten free or lactose free options despite messaging twice in advance. If I didn't bring my own food I would have had nothing yet still paid for breakfast!!! The coastline is beautiful but the town was lacklustre. It was not even that cheap! Go elsewhere. Paid much less for much better, overpriced and underperforming hotel. We would have left were it not for the really friendly and helpful young lady on reception. "

"Lovely, relaxing atmosphere with great pool area and beautiful sea views. Friendly staff. Very good breakfast. Dinner menu a bit limited esp. for younger children and on the ‘fancy’ end of the spectrum (and some dishes were rather style over substance). Can eat out or get takeaway pizza in the next village. "
