Chalet “Eco 8” with Shared Pool and Private Terrace

Stay at Domaine Les Épinettes in Saint-Gervais (Vendée) and enjoy a nature-filled holiday just 10 minutes from the beaches and the Vendée coastline. Domaine Les Épinettes welcomes you year-round on a wooded 2-hectare estate, perfect for a peaceful getaway with family or friends.



The cozy 32 m² space accommodates up to 6 guests. It features a living room, two bedrooms, and a bathroom for your comfort. The chalet has a small kitchen, a terrace with a barbecue, and outdoor seating—ideal for relaxed gatherings.



Wi-Fi is available at reception for an extra charge.



The estate offers many amenities for a great stay: heated pool (May–September), children’s playground, tennis court, bike rentals, snack bar, and convenience shop. Enjoy a quiet, green setting just a few kilometers from the sea—perfect for recharging.



Bed linen and towels are not provided; please bring your own. Rental of bed linen, towels, and cleaning service are available for an extra charge.



Heating is available from October to April, with a daily allowance of 25 kWh included; additional usage incurs a surcharge.



A baby cot and high chair can be provided free of charge on request, subject to availability.
