「I wanted to give this a 5 start rating, but unfortunately just can't. It's in such a wonderful location, with public transit accessible to go in any direction a tourist would want. The space inside was lovely despite a slight chunk of paint missing from the wall(doesn't bother me). Something i didn't see in any review was the mentioning of this apartments extremely musty smell. 「The apartment is in a great location offering easy access to transport and lots of great restaurants. It faces a courtyard so was very peaceful given its busy location. The beds were very comfortable and the bedroom had excellent thick curtains to keep out the light. However, the shower was not clean and the shower head was filthy which we had to clean to give us confidence to use it. The shower room sink is tiny and its fitting is wobbly and should be repaired. 「This is a great holiday apartment for Paris. The entrance looks a bit off putting but it is actually a very nice neighborhood and building. The apartment is clean, tastefully decorated and well laid out and has everything you need for a comfortable stay ( really appreciated the exceptional kitchen). It lacks spices as someone else pointed out but I have learned to always bring my own. Communication is excellent… probably the best I have ever had. 「Concerns have been forwarded to host. Hoping they are fixed for the next guest. Dirty walls, broken couch, weird unsealed door in bedroom “closet”, dirty floors and rug. Very noisy due to being inside a shopping center and not sound proof to the hallway so when people go in and out you hear everything. WiFi is not very reliable, had to go out of the shopping center each time I had to use phone for anything important.」
