"They told me I did not have a reservation when I arrived. I went back out to my car and brought in my phone with the Hotels.com App confirming my reservation. They were still unable to find it. After a short while they decided that they had given my room to another customer. It took more than one half hour for they finally got us a room we could stay in. Then the following morning, they failed to open the pool. They said it would open the pool up after check out time. As we stayed here because of the pool, we spent money for a pool they failed to provide."
