"Rooms are very outdated, plumbing/ac issues,musty smell in room. Its a nice hotel but for the price they need to do sole updating. The biggeat pro is the staff are very nice and welcoming"

"Deadbolt didn't lock. We were given a different room and the bathroom door wouldn't close. Staff was "sorry about that". No big deal. Several young men roaming property. I didn't feel safe."

"TV was not working properly Remote battery was dead. Room was not cleaned by House keeping. Room was cleaned with products I brought from home. No access to hotel Wi-Fi "

"When I walked up to the desk to check in, one of the first questions the attendants asked was if my hair was dyed (it was). They warned me that if I got hair dye on towels or pillowcases I would be charged a fee for it, rather than them just bleaching the linens like most hotels do. I politely asked what we could do to avoid this since there was a chance some of it may come off on the pillowcase. They gave me a bit of an attitude about it. After a few minutes, they finally decided to give me stained linens so I wouldn't get charged. I understand they wouldnt want me damaging property, but it was addressed in a rude manor and acted like I was majorly inconveniencing them by taking stained linens from them."

"The rooms have roaches and bugs crawling everywhere. Me, my WIFE, and our daughter had to go buy two cans of spray to contain the insects. The air conditioning and parking was awesome. It was hard to write this because the staff was phenomenal. For the experience me and my family had to endure, I blame Expedia. You guy's over there can do better for starters, do your homework before taking customers cash when booking."
