The location of the hotel is another major highlight. It is extremely convenient—situated above an underground shopping mall with direct access to two metro lines, and within walking distance to major attractions like Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City. There are also countless dining options nearby, along with easy access to shopping areas. The hotel itself is well maintained, and we especially enjoyed the indoor pool and spa facilities, which were perfect for families. Breakfast was also a standout—an impressive selection with excellent quality that made for a great start to each day. Despite the initial hiccup, the exceptional service truly made all the difference. "

"Pool is closed, very old dark building and facility, they had a plumbing repair without notifying us so the water was running brown. Had to stay because I booked non refundable, and the location is central, but there’re TONs of other options steps away within the same price range. Won’t be back."
