It wasn’t our first time, we returned because we were very satisfied before but this time the staff was awful. The person that took care of us during check in was really listless. When we noticed he put us on the fourth floor and facing the street we ask him to please move us and he was not in a good mood, really careless and said no. We couldn’t sleep because of the noise until 3:30 am each day.

We loved our stay at the AC Hotel Zona T because it's in the middle of constant activity. Bars, restaurants, malls, clubs, entertainment.. all is near and walk-able. Facilities are impeccable and service makes feel like family, especially Paula and the restaurant. We'll return soon and stay here again.

We stayed at the hotel for nine days early September. The hotel is located in Zona T, the entertainment district of Bogota, which is a very touristy and safe area. The rooms are spacious and clean, the staff very friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet very satisfying. Drivers can be hired through the hotel. Many excellent restaurants are located in easy walking distance as well as three shopping centers. Many tours will pick up at this location. We consider this hotel an excellent choice.

Hotel is very nicely decorated. Rooms are good size and bathroom very comfortable with great size shower. Breakfast is outstanding. Lower floors facing street are noisy but we requested a room change and on the 8th floor we were good and quiet. Many restaurants and shopping nearby at Andino and Zone T. Customer service is very good.

Convenient location with lots of restaurants & shops. Very safe at night. We'd read the reviews and it's true its super loud at night esp on a Sat night. I guess it's from the roof top bars as our room was on floor 9. Spacious room, shower was lovely and hot. Only met 1 receptionist on check in. No real introduction on the area and everything was pretty much self service. Getting to the gym you have to go to the roof top bar then across to a nearby lift around the corner to take a second lift to the gym. No one mentioned it prior.
