"Beautiful house, even better than the pictures. All the appliances are top of the line. Plenty of dishes, etc. Well maintained. Ting's market is a mile away and we were very close to Arashi beach. We went to the Clubhouse one day, which was a nice change. I would totally recommend this house. "

"Beautiful development, condo is close to entrance and to community pool. We drove to the Tres Tapi Beach (rather than walking a distance in the road in the heat) and swam with turtles at sunrise. North end of Aruba is more local, more quiet. This is the perfect location if you want space from tourist activities. We enjoyed cooking local fish in the well equipped kitchen."

"The beach chairs are not in a good condition because they are left outside. The chairs are rusted and not usable. Please replace the chairs and keep them inside. There is no comforter in the lower bed of the bunker bed. "

"Great place. Fit for my family of 6 adults. The lighting needs updated and bulbs needed replaced. After communication with property manager was able to get items updated. The stove did not work maintenance came next day and replaced. Dishwasher didn’t work and they worked on it and got it running but I highly recommend replacing. Please if you stay at VRBO communicate when things do not work. The team communicated promptly and fixed items as quick as possible but I felt it items were communicated prior I would not had these problems. Overall great place and the family enjoyed our first stay on the island. "
