O quarto é com divisórias, pouco espaço, não possui ventilação adequada. Não tem mesa,prateleira, cadeira ou ganchos/suporte ou seja nada.
A iluminação muito ruim. Uma lâmpada fraca no quarto e uma no banheiro.
O banheiro a tampa do vaso sanitário estava, danificada impossibilitando o uso devido.
Roupa de cama e banho em péssimo estado.
Custo benefício zero!!!
Não recomendo!!!"

Os funcionários não são nem um pouco simpáticos. A impressão que tivemos é que estávamos incomodando. Precisam aprender que o mais importante, em qualquer ramo da vida, é o humano. Ser recebido por pessoas de cara fechada, que não dão um sorriso, é bem complicado. Afinal de contas brasileiros são receptivos e bem humorados. "

We had it reserved for 2 nights but could only stay one night because of the awful conditions.
We arrived after 8:00pm, and apparently, that is the time when the staff for the Flats leave.
The HOTEL CKERK gave us our keys. But the hotel staff could not help us when we asked for sheets for the couch/bed, fan, and soap. They said they had all of those things, but they could not give us any because we were staying in...
