The location was super convenient - a short drive or under 20 Uber to the beach and the Avenue. Groceries were delivered right to our doorstep, but there were plenty of grocery stores and restaurants nearby too. The pool and pool table were a great addition, and the TVs were huge! We were visiting family in the area, and it was awesome to have so much space both inside...

"It was a great location so we were no obligated to drive the kids to the beach they could just walk to it as well as restaurants close by allowed them a great amount of freedom. Check was great we arrived early and our host was very responsive and accommodating! "

"We came to Florida for our son's graduation at FAU and make a little vacation out of the time. The house provided plenty of sleeping arrangements, a wonderful pool, and a great view of the canal. Pool table was fun too.The only knock on the house was, and I'm nitpicking, that there were no condiments or food stables left so we ended having to buy everything and flying out of state had to leave them. There's been other rentals that have supplied these."
