The staff was kind and helpful. But the property wasn’t in good condition. Apparently they are remodeling or about to remodel. Our room also wasn’t as clean as expected.

Even though there is some construction underway, it is still the best place to stay in boca raton. The rooms are spacious and clean and the staff is amazing. Especially Alex and Naomi. The housekeeping staff is excellent as well. Would definitely recommend this property.

Run, don’t walk, away from this place!

The hotel has gone way downhill since it changed hands. It is dirty, hard to get help at the front desk. We had to switch rooms because the first one had dead cockroaches in the bathroom. At one point during our 2 night stay, the housekeepers got in a huge screaming fight outside our room. The breakfast was sparse and the breakfast room was dirty. I’ve stayed at this hotel for years because it is close to my Dad’s condo. I will never stay here again. Super gross!!!
