"They are doing alot of work on this property but there is still work to do. Couch and windows were not clean. Shower had hot water with good pressure. Bed was clean and downstairs was nice. Lots of potential here because of close proximity to downtown whitefish. Good price."

I guess May is not summer. The window was partially replaced at some point, but was not even close to finished. The price was good for the age of the building, however."
