「Stayed here before and it was best experience yet. Good food, room , pool」

「Basic rooms but clean and functional. Used to be the Campanile chain. Evening meal in bar area was okay and full English breakfast was very good.A reasonably priced hotel. It's not 5 star but adequate for a short stay. Staff were friendly. 」

「Stayed for one night. Very friendly staff. Room spotless, comfotable and well decorated. Huge bathroom with an excellant shower. Had dinner and cocktsils in the restaurant which was outstanding. Breakfast really good too. Will definately stay again if doing another multiple university visit 」

「I really enjoyed my stay eventhough at the beginning I had a room where my tv did not work but the member of staff was so helpful when I explained this . He said someone would come but they did not come so I went back to him and also told him how my towels were soiled. He changed my room . I had a great sleep and he cooked a great breakfast . He works really hard and was nice . Respect for the staff member who was the only one I saw there on my stay doing everything . 」

「Spa is great, but bear in mind that it's not included into ones stay at the hotel. You'll need to call the spa reception and book it separately, and tell your bank details by phone. Also the range of rooms at the hotel don't match with the one at hotels.com. I paid for a suit and hotel's reception got it from the site as "executive". Next time I'll just book it directly with the Ringwood 」

「Very friendly ,helpful and passionate staff nothing was too much trouble.Food at the restaurant was fantastic the chef should be on master chef everything cooked fresh to order. All staff should be very proud of what they are doing at this hotel. The only negative from my stay was the noise from the main road if they could have some sort of sound barrier ie extra blind and maybe think about different flooring too as this was extremely noisy from people walking about above my room.Would...
