The open, main level living room with gas fireplace, kitchen, and dining showcases a wall of windows that frame sweeping views of the Lowcountry marsh, with oversized doors that lead to the wrap around screened porch. The outdoor porch is appointed with abundant, comfortable furnishings, dining that seats 6 guests, an outdoor grilling area with custom hood, and a convenient pass-through bar with seating for 3, that provides direct access to the kitchen and (3) outdoor heaters that can be used during cooler weather. Designed to accommodate the needs of the family chef, the professional grade kitchen includes Viking appliances, separate ice machine and oversized island with seating for three.

The main level primary suite features a KING bed, sitting area with desk, serene, elegant en-suite bath, spacious walk-in closet and a balcony to enjoy coffee in the morning and take in the incredible views. On the third level you will find 2 additional guest rooms appointed with KING beds, plus a cozy bunk bedroom with craftsman-style, built-in bunks with an XL FULL bed and 3 XL TWIN beds. The $30 Daily Resort fee allows us to register you as our guest with the Palmetto Bluff Club, with this registration you will have access to many of the Palmetto Bluff Community Member Amenities. Registration can be made 30 days in advance of arrival.

Upon arrival you will receive your club registration packet that includes your facility access cards. You will bring these access cards to the facility along with your credit card to gain entry. The charge is $25.00 per person/ per day. If you do not use the facility you will not pay the $25 for that day.
The facilities include:
• Two pools, including the members' Canoe Club Pool (which has a baby pool, children's pool, and large family pool) & Moreland Pool (which has a large family pool, and adults only junior olympic sized lap pool).
• Two state-of-the-art fitness centers: The Canoe Club Fitness Center and the Moreland Fitness Center

With registration we can request tee time, court times, and dining reservations which includes:
• Wilson Lawn and Racquet Club - Tennis, bocce, basketball, and croquet
• Reservation requests for Canoe Club Dining and Cole's Dining.
• May River Golf Course (30 days in advance of play) and the new Crossroads 9 hole course (15 days in advance of play)

For an Additional fee, you (as our guest in Palmetto Bluff) also have access to:
• Customized Concierge Services that includes personalized pre-trip planning tailored to your specific vacation needs.
• Concierge packages including Grilling Kits, S'mores Kits, Kid's Fishing, and specialty Holiday packages.
