「Great value and extremely clean.」

「We did a weekend getaway so the area was mostly quite. The place was clean but for the freezer that was full of ice cubes everywhere. It is a great apartment, has just about everything you need. Clean linen which is very important to us. I would have liked a more secure parking place but we had no issues.」

「This property was very clean. This is very important as I do not like dirty hotels or VRBOs. Easy access, super great location to Biltmore and downtown Asheville. Great little glass blowing shop up the street and walking path near by. Only complaint was you can hear people walking above you but it was very quiet at night, Owner was very nice. Great deal.」

「Located in Montford neighborhood. Nice upscale area. 8 minute walk to All Day Darling- nice neighborhood restaurant- the kind everyone would want in their neighborhood's VRBO had everything we needed- Kurig coffee maker and porch to enjoy morning coffee or evening wine. Comfortable bed. Great couch. Plenty of room to enjoy a dinner with friends.」

「This property was as it was pictured on the site. The kitchen is well stocked with needed items. I loved the real plants situation around the apartment. The hostess and her daughter were friendly and kind. I felt the area was safe. I was very grateful to have off street parking. :)」

「Our stay was lovely. The room is beautifully decorated and the location was perfect for spending 2days at the Biltmore. My only comment would be to book you Biltmore tickets ahead of time. The advertisement stated that you get a free Biltmore ticket if you book The Rose Room. This is correct, but you have to go through a 3rd party to get the ticket and I didn’t receive that information till the day we checked in. I then had to buy an additional ticket for my husband and coordinate the times.」

「What a cozy, comfortable stay. Loved the decor. Had everything we needed and well displayed maps, points of interest and eateries. Lots within walking distance. Very thorough instructions for the stay. Wonderful patio so cute and relaxing for morning coffee and after a day of running around. Private hot tub was awesome. Didn't have to drive far for anything we wanted to do. Highly recommend.」

「This place was very nice overall. It is in a great location near Beaver Lake and a short drive to downtown Asheville. Brandon is a really nice guy and a very gracious and generous host. The weather was not very favorable, but we were still able to see a lot and we enjoyed some really good food downtown. There is also a great place to eat at the end of his street. I would not hesitate rebooking this place for our future visits to Asheville.」

「We had a wonderful experience Downton Abby#3 Sarah was wonderful host about keeping in touch with us and making sure we had everything we needed! Bedding linens & pillows were all top quality and made it hard to get up and moving in the morning.( coffee & tea) we’re very nice to have for us😊 We came up for the annual BMW Vintage 2024 antique car show in Hot Springs that was a wonderful day with our pup! Restaurants and shopping in downtown is always a pleasant experience people and dog...

「The folks that manage the property were so personal and friendly. Very helpful. The area is well marked so you know where to take care of trash, find extra parking...etc. Very quiet location and feels secluded but you're only minutes away from grocery store. Beautiful area and we hope to return in the near future.」

The natural light coming through the windows is something we enjoyed very much. The beds were comfortable. We had not expected the openness of the ceilings between the bedrooms and kitchen, but this wasn't a big deal for us either since we were with our children. 「This property is a bird sanctuary! It was so peaceful and a perfect getaway. The cabin with hot tub was comfortable. We enjoyed reading on the front porch, cooking out on the grill, fire pit under the stars at night and most of all the sounds of birds chirping during sunrise. The staff was exceptionally friendly. We look forward to our next getaway to Asheville River Cabins! 」

「The cabin was cute but the hot tub was a cold tub. Emailed the owner and didnt receive a timely response (1.5 days later and we stayed 3 night). I ended up spending some time to get it going, but unfortunate. We did have some encounters with rodents but its a cabin in the woods. Beautiful views and was cozy otherwise.」
