Take a break and unwind at this peaceful cabin away from the big cities. Fresh mountain air and sounds of crickets to ease the stresses of life. This cozy two bedroom, two bathroom cabin is just right! Whether you want to stay close to home, roast marshmallows and make s’mores or take a more adventurous route, you have so many options! Nearby towns have places for outdoor activities like horseback riding, hiking or riding the train in Blue Ridge. Restaurants and shops are just a short distance. Pet fee per visit is $50. Cleaning fee: $100

Great cabin. Very clean and well equipped. Layout was wonderful. Lovely touches such as the bundle of firewood for both the outside fire pit and the inside fireplace. And the nicest box of s’more ingredients. We felt welcome. Porch faces east for which is lovely for coffee sunrises but also gets ongoing highway noise. Which is the only reason I didn’t give top rating. Gravel roads were doable without a 4WD but the last spur on the uphill took some effort in our little CRV.

This was my second stay at the Cozy Cabin and it was as wonderful as the first. The cabin is beautiful, immaculately clean, and was well stocked for our family vacation. The views from the back porch are divine and even our dog was able to enjoy them from the enclosed wrap around porch. We had an amazing family vacation fishing, swimming, hiking, and in nature. We hope to be back soon.

Cabin with a view

This cabin was so cozy! The place was stocked with so many extras. Having a log fireplace was so nice. The weather was so beautiful and we saw so many deer. I can not wait to visit again.

So clean and cozy

Cleanliness was phenomenal! The kitchen had everything I was looking for, and Walmart was a quick stop away for ingredients. The views were awesome and the fire pit area was so well kept too. The road is a bit tricky and steep for inexperienced drivers but we got used to it the second time through! Very clean cabin we enjoyed it and will be back soon!

WONDERFUL get away!

The cabin was wonderful, very clean, nicely decorated, beautiful views, quiet, comfortable. The property owner was very attentive and all correspondence was personal yet professional. We enjoyed complimentary roasted marshmallows in the indoor fireplace. My morning coffee on the balcony, watching the fog lift from the mountains, was spectacular! We can’t wait to return. Thank you Mimi for a relaxing & enjoyable stay!

Comfortable cabin, perfect location

Located between Blue Ridge and Elijah, easy on and off property to Hwy 76, beautiful mountain scenery from porch, perfect for our small extended family. Benton MaKay Trail winds through the neighborhood, with vistas of Granny Lake and a small waterfall. The cabin was cozy and super clean, comfortable beds and a pack away playpen for the baby to sleep in. Apple houses galore for all of your Apple needs and fall family activities. We will return!

Cozy, beautiful cabin with great views.

We enjoyed our visit so much. This cabin is beautifully furnished and very clean. Includes lots of extras such as body wash, shampoo, conditioner, coffee creamer, Qtips,etc. so you don’t have to rush out to the dollar store if you’re lacking. There is a steep unpaved road for the last half mile leading to the cabin, so keep that in mind. Mimi was wonderful to work with.

Fantastic Clean Stocked Getaway

Mimi has a fantastic cabin that is well maintained and is stocked with supplies you wouldn’t expect. The view is gorgeous and the quality of everything included is awesome. We had a wonderful time and will be back as often as possible!

Best all around

We have stayed at several places that almost had it all. This cabin had the view, everything you need inside with modern touches, it’s fairly close to the main road which made for easy accessibility to nearby shopping, food and sights. We had a great stay!

Lovely Cabin getaway with beautiful mountain view

Lovely, cozy, and comfortable cabin with a fantastic mountain view! A friend and I enjoyed the fires at night and the quaint rustic decor. It had everything we needed. I would have loved to see a couple of rocking chairs on the back porch, but nonetheless we enjoyed every minute of our stay!
