★Other Things To Note★:
*** Please note that a signed rental agreement is required upon booking. Additionally, a security deposit (hold) of $300 will be required for your stay. It is placed 2 days before arrival and released after check out as long as the house rules + check out instructions are followed and there is no intentional damage.
*** We welcome young families, however, this cabin is not childproof and please keep in mind that the cabin is in the mountains with decks, staircase, hot-tub, fireplaces and fire-pit, supervision of children is ALWAYS necessary. Children should NEVER be left unattended without adult supervision inside the cabin or on either the main or lower-level decks.
*** We kindly ask our guests to ensure that all trash is securely placed in the trash bins, with no loose trash, to avoid a $100 fine.
*** Four-wheel drive is not required to access the property. However, during winter conditions when snow or ice is present, a 4WD or AWD vehicle may be necessary. We recommend checking the local weather forecast prior to arrival and planning accordingly.
*** Please be aware of the local wildlife around the cabin, including deer, bears, snakes, bees and insects. While these animals are a beautiful part of nature, they can also pose risks. Keep a safe distance, avoid leaving food outside, and be cautious when walking in the area.
*** Indoor fireplace(s) are seasonal use only October-April. Outdoor wood burning fireplace + fire pit available year-round (starter firewood provided)
