Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire cabin, including six spacious bedrooms and five bathrooms. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing meals, and gather around the dining table for memorable meals. Relax in the living room with a cozy indoor fireplace or step outside onto the deck to enjoy the mountain views. The private hot tub offers a relaxing experience under the stars. Additional amenities include a BBQ grill, washer and dryer, and fast Wi-Fi. Please note that amenities are shared among all guests in the home.

-Occasional neighborhood construction may occur as neighbors update their homes or make personal changes; no active work within 50 feet and no guest-reported concerns to date.
-IMPORTANT TO NOTE: Big Sky Lodge is situated at the top of a mountain. Roads are paved until the driveway but can be steep. 4-wheel drive is strongly recommended if you're unfamiliar with mountain driving. Maintain steady acceleration, do not reverse downhill, and please avoid turning around in neighbors’ driveways – this is strictly prohibited. During snowy or icy conditions, the road may be slick.
-Provided essentials: We provide a starter kit of basic essentials for each stay. This includes a small amount of hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, as well as 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 trash bags for each kitchen, a roll of paper towels, 2 laundry pods, and 2 dishwasher pods. Please keep in mind that supplies are consistent regardless of the length of stay. After the provided supplies have been used, guests will be responsible for any extra essentials needed.
-The cancellation policy is specific to your booking platform, and includes a processing fee.
After booking, during the verification hub process, guests will be asked to submit their credit card information for validation. At that time, there will be a $2 hold on the card for the validation and fall off the card within 7 days. It is a hold, not a charge, on the card. Then 7 days prior to guest arrival, the full security deposit amount of $300 will be placed on hold and renew every 7 days, until 2 days after the guests stay, at which time it will automatically release unless damage to the home is reported.
