"We had a great time in Maryville! We much prefer staying there instead of right in the chaos of Gatlinburg. The home was beautiful and the host very accommodating!! There was an issue with the hvac system and he had it resolved super quickly. "

"This hotel is not bad at all. Any issues, the staff takes care of it. Some things were not as clean as I expected, but when I told the front desk they had it taken care of pretty quickly. I have to say that Katy at the front desk is a superstar. She has a good memory- she remembered me from a stay about six months ago, and I heard her know a guest by name even though he did not frequently come through Maryville/Alcoa. Super helpful and very nice. We were here for Christmas and have enjoyed our stay!"
