"The staff was very nice at check in. The rooms were nice but the sink outside the bathroom had rusty water. The pool was ok but no towels to be found. The hot tub was dirty and no one there to supervise children. Not sure I would return. The breakfast was not good !!!!"

"legit my only complaint is that the front desk individual gave my boyfriend directions to my room! I understand it is my boyfriend but from my understanding, he was not on the reservation and an id was not checked before directions were given. this only concerns me because it could have been a completely random man that was lying about being my boyfriend!!! scary that they were quick to tell them what room number i was in instead of calling my room but other than that it was super clean and nice! "

"AC was loud and took longer to cool. Also next door they have Bar which was quite active and noisy, seems like once bar closes at 2 am all were out in parking lot and partying outside with loud music. Was not able to sleep after 2 am due to outside noise. "

"Lots of good aspects to this hotel, such as the friendly staff, good tasting breakfast, the cleanliness of the rooms and the price. However, our particular room had a very uncomfortable mattress—way too soft. If you are someone that wants extra soft, it will be good for you. We were on the 3rd floor and there was a continuous hum coming from the ceiling (maybe from the HVAC). We didn’t notice it until the tv was off late at night, but it was audible and strong enough that you could feel the ceiling vibrating. The tv remote only turned on the tv and changed the volume. So we were limited to the current channel. Luckily we were up for Friends reruns on TBS. Finally, note that there is no swimming pool."

"The checkin was fine. The person at the desk found the reservation, confirmed it was a two queen suite and that it was book through expedia not them and any concerns questions about charges etc should go to expedia. The room was musty when we enters, we turned on the air hoping it would get better. It was late and the the room was slow to cool. As I laid down I assumed the noise I heard was the room ac. It was not our room unit, all night we heard the ac unit running outside. our bedroom widow. The unit outside the window was very close, very tall and very wide. There were only a few inches on the right side where I could see around it. It was over 5 ft high because I could not see over it. All night long I could hear the motor and fan running. At six am I finally go about 2 hrs of sleep. I went to speak to the staff before checkout and waited and waited for someone to come. I finally saw someone walk into and office and aksed and only then did someone come to the desk. I told them about the night and that I would have expected them to dislose the situation with the view and noise before renting the room. I was told again the reservation was done through expedia and any concerns should be addresse through them. I have frequently stayed at Holiday Inns in the area and have never had an issue like this in the past."
