「Location, very clean, comfortable」

「The room was clean. The hotel is dated. It needs updating. The showerhead was taped to the tile. The towel bar broke off after placing a towel on it. The mirrors were starting to peel. And the heat did not work that well at night time. The linens on the bed are old. We found no problem with cleanliness, but everything is quite old. 「The history of the hotel is amazing, the cleanliness, not so much. Hairs on our sheets, sticky bathroom floor, rude staff members, inadequately supplied toiletries. Would never recommend anyone pay $400 for this. Better places with better customer service in the area.」

「When I went into the room, it smelled musty. I immediately was given another room. It was better. I don't know what they use to launder the bed linens but, they didn't smell good. 「Met our needs」

「Comfortable, clean room in a great location.」

「I thought I had booked a room with a kitchen when I made the reservation. However, when I arrived, I found that the room did not have a kitchen. I asked the lady at the front desk and she immediately responded. She was very kind and I was able to spend 3 wonderful days there. I highly recommend this facility!」
