"Nice apartment on a fairly well-maintained street with easy access to nice commercial districts and Roath park, which is lovely. A little too much trash on the sidewalks but that seems related to the seagulls. The flat is nice, but the ironing board is broken and collapsed while I was using it, The iron also has burn marks and can't be used at a high temp. The toilet also runs constantly which wastes water. The little gift bag was nice. All in all, a nice, centrally located apartment and good...
