「The hotel is in a great location for getting into Blackpool. The tram stop is just across the road from the hotel. The room was clean and tidy. The staff we came into contact with were all very friendly, professional and polite. I would recommend this hotel as a good place to stay when visiting Blackpool. 」

When we got to the alternative hotel the rooms were not ready and it was 7.45pm before we finally got into our room. 「This is a wonderful place to stay. It has a car park at the rear and 3 parking spots at the front. It is very secure with a personal PIN provided before book in for the doors. Very clean and smart. Big comfy bed in room 6 anyway. Nice little kitchenette. Fridge, kettle, coffee machine. Lovely shower. If I had to pick fault it would be the awful washing up liquid. 「Check-in was very simple, the property very clean and the host very helpful over the phone. We arrived late in the evening and it was so wonderful to arrive to the suite with the pullout bed made up already and a beautiful bottle of Prosecco and two glasses set out. We felt so very welcomed. A great location and a classy set up. 」
