A full week after we checked out the hotel emailed me saying they reviewed our recorded and I had an outstanding bill from the restaurant. We never ate at the hotel or used any services. They asked me to pay the bill online. I will not be staying here again.

Staff at reception was very friendly and helpful. Showed interest what our reason was for staying. We had a little studio room with fully functioning kitchenette. Only stayed for 1 night, we didn’t use it. The bed was very comfortable so we had a good night sleep. Room was spotlessly clean. Will definitely book again.

Ticks all the boxes; nice rooms, great breakfast and a superb spa!

Some rooms are really nice but mine had paper thin walls and could hear my neighbors' every word. If sensitive to noise, please avoid (or pack earplugs).

Fantastic high-class hotel in a central location.
