"Hotel and breakfast were good. To connect the TV to your streaming account, like Netflix, was overly complicated. Previously in hotels, you would just click the app and sign in. Now it's a complicated process of pairing your smartphone to the TV and going through a complicated process of casting the service. As such, we couldn't watch Netflix. "
