「I booked a king room but was given a twin room instead, which affected my comfort and sleep throughout my stay. When I raised the issue, there was no apology or attempt to resolve it, and I was told to contact my travel agent instead.
Management were dismissive and unhelpful when.
Calling to reception and if call was answered by senior staff, on 2 occasions I requesting simple things such as milk and water was responded to rudely & unhelpfully.
The dining experience was also disappointing,...

「Ok and cheap. Not sure where the sauna or gym in the pictures are. The room was large, but noise could be heard from corridor. The bathroom was flooded every time I showered. The bed was a bit hard, but I slept fine. 」
