"Reads Retreat was absolutely perfect for our family holiday. We've stayed at Black Point many times, but this property is honestly the best of all. The fabulous view is stunning, and the house itself is clean and spacious with plenty of room for everyone. My favourite part was watching the kids play freely on the large front lawn while relaxing on the veranda. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the beachfront location is unbeatable. It even handles our boat with great parking and a mooring available. This is our new go-to place—we will definitely be back!"

"The place was excellent with plenty of open kitchen & dining space as well as more private spots to read a book or chill out. In terms of location its absolutely perfect. The house is barely 2 minutes walk from the beach and fronts onto a walking trail leading to a local reserve. There's an outdoor shower which is great for containing the beach mess if you have a large group. Black Point is great for paddleboarding and was only 30 min drive from Watsacowie Brewery in Minlaton. The only downside is that the outside porch could have been cleaner when we arrived but compared to the many upsides, this was very easy to look past. Would stay again in a heartbeat."

"Pine pint is a beautiful Place we will come again ,but the barbecue caught on fire as it wasnt cleaned properly and it would be very helpful if there was a washing machine at the property."
