"This place was just right, the open floor plan and outdoor spaces made nice areas for gathering our group and also gave us plenty of room to find a quiet spot if any of us wanted a little elbow room. The house is warm and inviting and thoughtfully furnished and equipped.Our group of 6 used this as a home-base while enjoying hiking, kayaking, shopping, eating out at various places and discovering local coffee spots and ma and pop shops.Would stay here again and would highly recommend to others."

"This was a very family friendly house. We had camp fires every night with s’mores. The patio dining with the bbq was very convenient & comfortable. We played games & bought a little baby pool for our grand daughter. Very close to the beaches & downtown Geneva. They had coffee, danish , fully stocked kitchen and laundry. Overall, a good vacation destination."

"We stayed here for a girls weekend and it was the perfect space. The house was exactly as described, it was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed. Also the location was great! It is close to town, but walkable to the path around the lake. We would definitely stay here again."

"This property was rented for a family wedding. We were all able to stay in one place and it was roomy and comfortable. Two bathrooms were a plus. The kitchen and living areas were clean. Some areas were not well maintained. The deck, stairs and railings had chipped paint and slivers. The windows, tracks for the windows and patio door were dirty. There was no soap in the shower but other things were nicely stocked."
A cozy, modern cottage has all the amenities and privacy a hotel cannot offer.

"This house was great. We loved the size of the home and all of the different areas we could hang out in. We also liked being able to take a short walk to be at Geneva Lake. I had a little trouble reaching the host before we arrived and had to call when we couldn't get in the house. We spent 5 nights and would certainly recommend this house to others and would come back in the future."
