"We had a lovely stay at this hotel . Our efficiency room was huge with 2 washrooms. The breakfast was wonderful and Ella made it even better with her cheery demeanour and helpful service.We had dinner at Fiume one evening and it was delicious and the service was wonderful.I also used the spa and I was impressed with the selection of treatments they offer. "Clean as a whistle and a very nice hostess. Fantastic views of the lake and well equipped except for lacking sugar and some basic spices. The only downsides were the conditions of the decks, stairs and boardwalk. They are in drastic need of replacement and present an obvious hazard. The only other downside, and it’s probably me being overly critical, but there are numerous whimsical signs throughout the cabin related to rules and regulations; to the point that they are insulting. But overall, we had a very enjoyable stay."

"This was a beautiful property and the cottage we stayed in was lovely. It had great open spaces and beautiful bedrooms. The kitchen was very modern with all new appliances. The host was very attentive and friendly. He made sure that all of our needs were met. He directed us to local attractions and offered to light our fire for us.The only drawback for us was the walk to the waterfront. There is a steep hill that has stairs, but as we are both seniors and my partner has had an ankle replacement, we found the climb a bit challenging and only ventured down once."
