「The campground is being updated as it used to be a church camp. Cabin #1 is a cinder block cabin with 3 bedrooms, one shower/toilet/sink room and a common area for relaxing and eating. It was well decorated and comfortable. It has A/C and a couple fans. They thought of everything when they updated this place. The building with the restrooms is also a comfortable place to play games or watch movies. We were able to kayak and enjoy the river easily. We are looking forward to coming back again.」

「My wife and daughter wanted to see the beach and hit some shops. Quick 40 minute drive and they were happy! My son and I wanted to try trout fishing. Walk out the back door and we caught some trout and a nice king. 「We drove from Wisconsin with our dog to stay for 3 nights for my husband’s birthday and it was like we were in a dream! The most basic but well equipped cabin! 「Parents and two adult children stayed in the eagles nest. We stayed upstairs and our boys had the entire downstairs to themselves. It was clean and had recent updates. 「We stayed for Labor Day weekend and had a wonderful time! The beds were soooo comfortable. The cabin was the perfect size for 3 people and a dog. We were a bit sad that the lake was not good for swimming as it was mid and lilly pads quite a distance into the lake. My dog smelled horrible afterwards. Not the owners fault, but still a bummber. dog. 」
