「Chocolate chip cookies at the check in desk.」

「I have always stayed at this hotel when I visited Bismarck and never have encountered the treatment of myself and my children from anyone in the hotel industry and we travel everywhere! I understand there are hotel policies especially when it comes to the Pool area with the slides, etc. but the way the Manager talked to us and treated us was horrible as if we were supposed to automatically know the hotel polices and accept the way we were talked down on and demeaned. I never had any encounters...

「Rooms are always clean and a great friendly staff」

「Wonderful experience at the motel. Hot tub was great. Pool was cold. It was October.」

「The room was filthy. No hot water in the morning for showering. They didn’t have a real person working. It was literally someone on a computer.」

「The room was spacious, quiet, and conveniently in a central location.」

「Coffee was empty in the morning. No employees to be found. Walls are paper thin, people were outside my window all hours of the night making a ton of noise.」
