バーミンガムのダウンタウン ホテル

「The staff was very nice and helpful」

「Upon arrival the hotel looks nice on a corner less than a mile from an event we were in town for. There was limited street parking and the parking garage across from the hotel specifically said for Valet and permits only with a big towing sign so we went back to valet the car. There was no mention or any signage of cost so we assumed, like many places, it’s a tip only cost. {It was in fact not- and we were charged over $46 for the night and when asked the front desk they directed us to the valet...

「The guard at front desk was amazing and made the trip so awesome」

「古かったです。レセプションの方はフレンドリーでよかった。」

「Entire hotel was beautiful from the time you step into the lobby to the rooms. Very clean and beautiful decor. Beds were very comfortable and I appreciated the simplicity of it all」

「UABに近い」

「My boyfriend and I loved staying here to attend furnace fest and will be back next year hopefully」

「Was suprised as the poor condition of the room (worn floors, chipped walls, cabinent missing hinge, mold in shower) and location gets lots of street noise from cars racing their engines at night. Just not what we expected from an Indigo flagged property」

「Emma and her team are so wonderful! I had a scheduling issue and they were quick to move me to another unit. The whole place and area is SO cute. They’re ao thoughtful on everything from the toiletries to decor. I absolutely loved this place and highly recommend to anyone! 」
