Unit Layout
You will stay in a 4-room house that spans across 80 square meters on 2 levels, with a south-east facing position. The house can accommodate up to 3 adults and 2 children comfortably. The practical and cozy living/sleeping room features 2 sleeping facilities (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm), a satellite TV with international channels, and a flat-screen TV. The kitchen/living room is equipped with 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine (you need to bring Nespresso capsules), a raclette grill, and a fondue set (chinoise, cheese). It also has an open-hearth fireplace and a radio. You can access the patio from the kitchen/living room, which faces south and east.

Amenities Included
The upper floor, accessible via a steep stair, features a large double bedroom with a double bed (2 x 80 cm, length 200 cm), and a computer room with a sofa bed (120 cm, length 200 cm). The house also has a bathroom with a WC. Heating is available only from October 1st to March 31st. The floors are made of wood and natural stone. Outside, you will find a 12 square meter patio facing south and east, as well as a 12 square meter lawn. Terrace furniture, an electric barbecue, and 2 deck chairs are provided. You can enjoy a marvelous distant view of the lake, mountains, and countryside from the property.
