In the resort 100 m from the centre of Biniville, 2 km from the centre of Orglandes, 10 km from the centre of Valognes, 20 km from the sea. For shared use: beautiful garden 1'000 m2 with plants and trees, meadow. Private: property 200 m2, courtyard, parking (for 2 cars) on the premises, single garage. Shop 2 km, supermarket 7 km, bus stop "Colomby Ravan" 2 km, sandy beach "Portbail/Quinéville" 20 km. Owner lives in separate semi-detached house.
"Les Chardonnets", 4-room semi-detached house 130 m2 on 2 levels. Beautiful and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace, dining table, satellite TV, radio and hi-fi system. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Exit to the terrace. Shower/WC. Upper floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed. 1 room with 1 bed (120 cm), 1 french bed. Shower, sep. WC. Heating. Parquet floors. Terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (6). Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher.

Das Haus mit dem großen Garten liegt sehr ruhig und idyllisch im Innern des Cotentin. Wir hatten unsere beiden Katzen dabei, für sie war es ein wahres Paradies! Insgesamt ist dass Haus gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber und ordentlich, wobei alles ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen ist. Die sehr netten Gastgeber wohnen nebenan und waren stets hilfsbereit, wenn es mal Probleme gab.Was uns nicht so gut gefallen hat, ist der etwas muffig unangenehme Geruch im Obergeschoss, der von den PVC Tapeten ausgeht (insbesondere in einem der Schlafzimmer).

Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, herzlich und liebenswürdig. Wir haben einen Abend zusammen beim Apero verbracht. Viele nützliche Tipps für Ausflüge/ Unternehmungen. Die Unterkunft liegt strategisch sehr gut im Herzen des Cotentin und damit vergleichbare Anfahrtswege an die Ost- wie an die Westküste. Gerne wieder.

Goed vakantiehuis in mooie natuuromgeving

Vriendelijke ontvangst door eigenaren. Huis is gerieflijk, schoon en vooral de open haard was heerlijk ! Voldoende privacy. Huis ligt in mooi natuurgebied en er zijn rij-afstand leuke stadjes te bezoeken.
