I didn't see any member of staff not working, they don't stop. Extremely clean as well. Huge selection of food. I have also used your sister hotel in Cala Galdana which is just as nice. 「Rooms were a bit dated unfortunately and floor were not fully cleaned. The air conditioner needed a reset upon arrival and emitted a bit foul smell initially. Staff was helpful setting restaurant reservations and providing recommendations on activities. Overall the location was great given it was in the middle of the island. One improvement is all the little fees here and there for towels and coffee. Two packs of coffee for a one week stay is not enough in my opinion. Also the additional...

「Bel hôtel, belle dimension de l’appartement, à distance à pied de plusieurs restaurants et proche d’épicerie, 10-15 min de marche (avec plusieurs marches) pour la plage Cala n Porter qui est très jolie. Personnel gentil et serviable. Odeur légère désagréable dans la salle de bain. Aucun entretien ménager pendant notre séjour de 4 nuits. Prêt de 1 chaise pliante et parasol qui était très appréciée pour la plage. On a beaucoup apprécié notre séjour merci.」

「Perfect location for Es Castell, short walk to the port but also very close for the bus to Mahon. Room was basic but all you need. My only comments would be in regard to check-in - details are sent by email so you need roaming/wifi to access, and (may just be my settings) was VERY small to read - could be complicated for those expecting a reception etc. Link for tourist tax payment did not work but staff were around and able to support on check out.」
