"The Sebastian River Rental is Exceptional so beautiful, quiet and clean. The view is Amazing. I did not want to leave. If I could live there year round I would. The host Pierce was so very nice. Very easy to check in and out. I cannot wait to go back and I am give them 10 stars. I am already planning my next vacation there 😊"

"This was our second stay at this property. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are tidy. The breakfast room is kept spotless. The only issue we had was that our room was a little humid and we couldn’t get the moisture out with the AC unit."

"This will be a hard review, first, we enjoyed our stay but I have to point out that this place is not for everyone, really review this place and for your likes/needs. This is not a 5 star completely modern place, but for us and many like us, this was a very good place and Samantha and staff went up and above to accommodate us. Would I stay here again, definite yes. You need to understand that this is an older house that has been upgraded with some modern features. This place is set way from other homes and has a huge yard, but you do have the train tracks very close and when the trains run, it can be loud and shaking. The great features are the upgraded appliances, especially the kitchen and washer/dryer. The pool was also a nice feature and the outside sound system to listen while swimming and laying out. I loved the 2 upstairs balconies, so relaxing and during our stay, watch 2 young Osprey being fed and early stages of flight. The AC for the main floor is great, however, the 3 upstairs window AC can be challenging, be sure to close all doors to help keep those rooms cool. Being able to walk across the tracks and then to some of the local restaurants and bars something that is a plus. The pool has many toys and activities bin for the young ones. Internet was very sufficient for our needs. Places was very roomy, clean and beds well maintained. The huge benefit here was having Samantha, very helpful, friendly and went up and above to satisfy our needs."
