"The room was perfect, plenty of parking, an outdoor area with a koi pond full of fish, a view of the river and a big screen TV but best of all was the riverside dock across the street. There is a few benches to enjoy the view but if you enjoy fishing you’ll be glad to know there is a good fish bite. My husband pulled in several different species of fish and of then of course released them but he certainly had a blast catching them. We normally stay at Captain Hirams, but they were booked solid and they had one room left at the Davis Inn, thank goodness. This will definitely be our go to place to stay when visiting Sebastian and want to say thank you to the owners and all of their staff as we really appreciate you all! "

As long-term renters, we especially appreciated: adequate storage space, the large primary suite, the screened porch, the rooftop deck often mentioned by others, Jen's extraordinaily prompt response to problems, the proximity to Pelican Island with its trails, and the closeness to the cultural venues in Vero Beach."

"Completely enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, well equipped and so comfortable. Easy path to the beach just across the street. Great beach chairs, cooler and towels. The real joy was sitting riverside enjoying the pelicans, Osprey, dolphins and manatees. The sunsets were amazing!"
