「The only thing that was misleading was that on your booking site it said distance to Bilbao was 5 km .This isnt true its 25km and because i was cycling i had a very late check in and alot of hassle because i cycled near Bilbao only to have over a 2 hr cycle back out north again. I wasnt happy and so please don't lie about distance 」

「Room was clean and comfortable. Bed was good, shower was GREAT! Very quiet becsuse it is in the middle of no where. We chose it becsuse it put us equidistant from the places we wanted to visit. However there was absolutely nothing around us. Made it nice and quiet for sleeping!」

「Really attractive and nicely furnished converted old building. The staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Breakfast was just about perfect. Garai is a lovely village and has two magnificent restaurants within a 10 minute walk, ideal for the tasting menu with accompanying wines. A little fitness is needed as the walk up to the hotel from the car park is quite strenuous and there are a few flights of stairs if you are in one of the upper rooms.
