It was infuriating to be cancelled last minute. Usually one receives check in info 24 hours in advance--which we did not receive. To be cancelled on such short notice is unbelievable. Having to deal with a long trip and try and find new accomodations was not something I had thought I would have to do.」

「Apartment was really clean, mostly quiet and in a good location. Host couldn't meet us in person for check-in but the instructions couldn't have been more clear and detailed. Public transport is excellent in Bilbao and there was a bus and tram stop a minute away which connected to the rest of the city. A great stay, would return if we were back in the city and would recommend.」
