Meine spanischen Sprachkenntnisse sind nicht sehr umfassend und so freuten wir darüber, dass Andreas sehr gut deutsch spricht. Die Ausstattung und Pflege der Wohnung ist sehr gut, alte und neue Elemente sind gut kombiniert. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Parkplatz befindet sich direkt am Haus. 「The apartment is nice and we had no issues once we got checked in. The automated check in was a bit challenging....it's all electronic and the door is opened from link on your smart phone. My only real complaint is supposedly there was private parking included. We couldn't find it and the host sent a picture but I tried keys I had and was unable to get access. It was very confusing. It all worked out...we found street parking close by. The apartment really needs some type of information guide...

「Our stay was wonderful and we loved being so close to the Guggenheim and the river walk. The only downside was late night weekend noise outside our street level windows. The partiers were have a great time.」

También se debería revisar la potencia de luz contratada puesto que con un solo fuego de la vitro , el microondas y una lampara saltan los plomos. Antonio muy simpático y amable, nos proporcionó un utensilio que necesitábamos en cuanto se lo dijimos.」

「Nos alojamos de viernes a Domingo, la casa espectacular, amplia, con 4 dormitorios, una bodega comedor para desayunar y comer, una cocina grande con todos los utensilios necesarios. El entorno precioso y facilidad para aparcar. Lo malo que está pegada a la vía del tren y se oye bastante, se solucionó utilizando tapones por la noche, ya que por el día se camufla más el sonido con el ambiente y la limpieza era un poco escasa, pero estuvimos muy cómodos.
