「We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The rooms were exceptionally clean and well-maintained, creating a very comfortable and relaxing stay. The staff were extremely polite, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile, which made us feel truly welcomed. The food was absolutely delicious, with great taste and quality in every meal. 「The check-in process was slow, taking 15-20 minutes. The room felt neglected, small, and very old. The pool was dirty and unusable. The mattress was average. The breakfast spread was disappointing, with hardly any tasty dishes. The hotel’s location was also poor. Overall, it was a bad experience and not worth the money.」

And when i said the amount he give me a basic room and said that in this price you get this basic room only but on website it showing totally different. 「Hotel diamond crest watch not too bad. Seems to be one of the newer establishments, the staffs were nice. The only reason I’m giving them 4 stars is because of their bathrooms. The bathrooms were about 1 feet higher than the room and you have to be really strong to go to the bathroom. 」

Perhaps it was too far from the Wi-Fi router, but hotel Wi-Fi was mostly unusable. The TV is very far from the bed (the best place to sit and watch it). 「Our room was dirty, the sheets gross. We asked to replace them and they turned up with two other sheets that were as dirty. Had to constantly remind the staff to please bring us the bare necessities like towels and toilet paper. Horrible hotel. 」
