「Very spacious and comfortable room. Loved the view of the habour. Wish I stayed longer!」

「Beautiful setting- love the elevated boardwalk through the trees and the fairy lights. The cabin is so new it still smells like cut wood. Very clean! Stunning interior. Will definitely stay again!」

「Poor quality service with an argumentative clerk at check in. For some reason, my stay was inelegiable for rewards point (first time Ive ever been told this) and her excuse was that these points cost the hotel money therefor not everyone qualifies. I travel to Bridgewater on a regular basis for work and will now be staying at another hotel that appreciates return visitors. The hotel wont have to worry about spending money on me again.」

「I was surprised that it was a hot breakfast, and there was plenty of choices. The staff were lovely, and I was very pleased with the value for the money.」

「Felt more like a boarding house than quaint b&b?… and the stairs to rooms are a killer…long steep stairs with a suitcase is difficult and awkward & should be considered by anyone booking there with any sort of disability. Check the street parking bylaws too… I went in off season so apparently wasn’t really checking/ticketing for the hours I was parked near hotel … that crossed some of those paid hours… but paid parking was only option I saw otherwise if parked btw 9-5 pm」

「When booking through Expedia, we were not made aware that the hotel was undergoing major renovations. There was active construction during the day and access to rooms was limited or through the construction zone. The room itself had double beds that were very uncomfortable. Air conditioner and fridge were great This is our third night stay in a hotel and we haven’t quite figured out the smart TVs, which was the case in this room as well.
