「We enjoyed our stay at this cottage very much. A quiet and peaceful spot by the water with all the comforts of home. Enjoyed morning coffee and hot chocolate on the deck by the Bay, with three different seating areas to choose from. We had great weather all week and the cottage was centrally located near all the places we wanted to visit. Yi was the perfect host; great communication in advance of our arrival and she checked in with us a few times during our stay to make sure we had...

「Can’t say enough good about this property. The pictures do not do it justice. The care and attention to comfort and beauty was evident in every room. Beautifully decorated- every amenity- spotless- and stunning views…we were so sad to leave. Beth- the host- obviously genuinely cares about creating an amazing guest experience from her personalized welcome note, fresh eggs and cream in the fridge, a kitchen fully stocked with spices, oil, coffee etc. Also- great yard with deck and bbq. 「The place is new, clean and comfortable. The weather was not great for our stay but it was early April and sun and warmth was not expected. We used it mainly as a base for visiting our daughter who lives in the lunenburg area and it was good for that. We did not use the kitchen much but it could use a few more utensils. Also there was not much in the way of cleaning materials to keep the place clean or to clean up any spills. Fortunately that didn’t happen for us.」

「The property was lovely. Kitchen fully equipped! Bathtub was huge! View of waterfront perfect. Best part was the private wood heated salt water hot tub. Just what we needed after a long day of visiting all the amazing sites. 」

「The place was much larger than expected and the location was lovely, not a huge fan of the massive charge for the wood and hot tub set up but we didnt end up partaking so i cant tell you if it was worth it.The place was amazing though in terms of the space and the location, a kitchen to cook and a swim right after is an unbeatable combo」

「The cottage was comfortable and well set up. We will definitely consider going back: it's a great distance for a weekend getaway from Halifax, and the amenities are nice (that sauna!). The only issue we found (because we went to curl up and read books together!) was that the lighting in the main space was not great: a couple of floor lamps would have been great. 」

「A beautifully decorated home in picturesque surroundings. We had everything we needed…towels, kitchenware, patio furniture, etc. to make our time in Indian Harbour perfect. The views and the sounds of waves crashing on nearby rocks and the bouy bell in the distance were everything we hoped they would be. The hostess was readily available if we had questions. 「You could not ask for a better host than Claire! She was so kind to us during our stay. The house was just as described and the perfect place for us to stay for our 30th anniversary trip to Nova Scotia. The views were amazing, the beds were so comfortable and we enjoyed the cozy fire. The deck was the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. Nearby Polly's Cove is a beautiful hike. We highly recommend this property!」

「We really enjoyed our stay, especially how beautiful the property is. Sitting in the window of the cottage, watching the views with coffee, was exactly what we needed. We can’t wait to get back again throughout the summer months, but recommend booking a cottage at any time of year. 」
