Rude property manager
Our stay was average until after our exit. Within 30 minutes of our departure, we received a text with picture of dirty linen asking us to explain why they were dirty. We used a towel to wipe off dirty chairs so that we could sit on the deck. It was pollen but turned the towel black. There was also a washcloth we used to remove makeup. There were no make up removal washcloths available to use so there were no other options. She also complained about us leaving the garage door open. The reason for that was because we had no other place to park. We were in an extra large van due to limited options at the car rental company. Apparently the property manager lives next door and saw that the garage door was left open. Instead of offering her assistance, she let us struggle and then complained about it after our departure. She filed a 525 claim with the incidental insurance that I had taken out…for a towel and a washcloth. Don’t stay here unless you want to be taken advantage of after your departure. We were in the home approximately 17 hours so the place was left in immaculate order with the exception of the linen. Soooo disappointed ….
