"Table Rock surpassed our expectations. The grounds are immaculate and it felt like you were all alone in the jungle. Friendly staff and great service! The Tikal tour we took was awe inspiring, too. Would go back in a heartbeat!"

"We brought our 3 teenage sons here and it was perfect! Clean and in the center of town. We did lots of tours in every direction and it felt like a central location for all of that, too."

"We had a fabulous stay at this hotel! The staff were amazing—so friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful, especially when it came to booking tours and giving great local recommendations. They truly went above and beyond to make our stay special. The restaurant was absolutely delicious, with excellent food and a wonderful atmosphere. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would happily stay here again."
"If you’re going to the cayo district for a few days of adventure and truly want to experience the jungle as well as world class Belizean hospitality, please look no further.
The Crystal paradise resort truly has it all. From accommodations, scenery, hospitality, cleanliness, and value for quality, this place can not be rated highly enough. Not to mention this is one of the few fully Belizean owned family tourism business remaining in the region. Multiple generations of the Tutt family have put their lives into this place, and it shows.
Even as someone who is not a “birder” it is easily appreciated. They have designed the resort to bring the jungle to you. While you are eating your meals, unbelievable birds come right up to the deck to eat or bathe. You fall asleep to serene jungle sounds and wake up to the birds chirping.
This place is a hidden gem and if you’re looking for a quiet, magical, friendly jungle experience, this is where you want to go. "
"If you are looking for an “authentic” jungle experience in a more rustic/casual setting then this is the place for you. We stayed in the Premier Treehouse room and loved it, especially the suspended outdoor day-bed on the screened-in porch. The cleaning crew kept our suite immaculate. Overall the dining staff were friendly and down-to-earth, and the food was excellent. Note that if you are staying in room #17 it is at the bottom of a long set of stairs, which was daunting at first but by the end of our stay we actually appreciated the regular exercise. We were also provided with a WhatsApp contact, which made asking questions throughout our stay very easy. I want to give a shout out to our birding guide, Selvin Cassasola. He also guided us around Xunantunich and he was just excellent."
"I stayed in a King Deluxe room at thought it was great value. The staff were all excellent, the hotel restaurant was great and the pool was large. Plus, the location was ideal (close enough to walk to the market / downtown but removed enough to be quiet) and there's a large grocery store directly across the street if you want snacks / sunscreen etc.
I would certainly stay at Midas Belize again."
