「I don't know where the people stayed who left your glowing reviews, but it was NOT at this establishment. Front desk was closed at 10 when we came back from a movie so we couldn't get any kind of help. The phone number on the receipt was disconnected. The phone in the room had no cord, the TV would not come on, the bed was awful, the hallways smelled!! We were expecting a nice Vrbo experience, NOT a low rent national chain. The reviews and information attached to this venue on Expedia were...

「We stayed in Treetop, one of the rooms at this cottage.
First of all, if you want to book this stay, know that there is an extra fee you will be hit with AFTER the refundable deadline and BEFORE your stay. The host adds a surprise charge right before you arrive, calls it a "booking fee" when it's absolutely not, and pretends like it was discussed upfront when it wasn't. Prepare to pay extra money to stay here because customer support will not help you. I exhausted myself explaining the charge to...

「We loved the cottage and the neighborhood. We really appreciate being able to take our pet with us and the considerate puppy towel and baggies. This cottage doesn't allow pets on the furniture which is understandable. There is an additional fee for cleaningi if pets get on the furniture. Consider bring a kennel. I would love to stay here again.」

「We had a wonderful stay in this charming cottage, which is part of a beautifully preserved hundred-plus-year-old home. The space was very clean, thoughtfully appointed, and incredibly comfortable—welcoming the moment we walked in.The location was excellent, and the fenced backyard was a real highlight. It was peaceful and beautifully lit at night, perfect for sitting outside, and it made a great, safe play area for our dog, Shay.Breakfast was a treat—the frittata was absolutely delicious and...
