"Overall, we expected more from this stay. Upon arrival, we were unable to open the front door and attempted to contact the host through the Vrbo app and the phone number provided. Unfortunately, we did not receive a response for over an hour. We later discovered that the door sticks significantly and requires quite a bit of force to open, which would have been helpful to know in advance.In addition, the general cleanliness and maintenance of the home felt below expectations. There were noticeable spider webs, chipping and peeling paint, rust, warped doors and cabinets, and the exterior appeared quite worn down.The location, view and shared living space decor are excellent and truly the highlight of the property. However, we were disappointed to learn that there is currently no direct beach access from the property, as the stairway has been washed away and access is boarded up. With improved communication and some much-needed maintenance and upkeep, this property could better reflect its prime location."

"Everything was immaculate. The pool was well maintained throughout our stay, and the yard truly felt like our own little paradise. As someone who loves birds, I was especially thrilled by the variety we saw — and even their sounds were different from back home, which made it such a special treat.The location was perfect — surrounded by nature and so peaceful. It was the ideal place to relax and unwind. We would absolutely stay again!"
